- Theresa Yvonne
Arts Program Manager

Ms. Yvonne spent her early years studying theatre, performance, directing and costuming. She received her Bachelors Degree in Drama from Sacramento State and worked in fashion design for a large manufacturing company while serving as Artistic Director for a small theatre troupe in Redding, CA. She returned to school to receive her Masters Degree in Organizational Management in 1999. Upon completion, she worked for the City of Lodi at Hutchins Street Square, then for the City of Dublin as the Heritage and Cultural Arts Supervisor. She is thrilled to now be the Arts Program Manager for the City of Tracy, managing the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts and acting as Staff Liaison to the Tracy Arts Commission.

Gallery Supervisor

Mr. Wilson has been serving as the Gallery Supervisor at the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts since December of 2006. In addition to directing the Exhibitions Program, he oversees the Arts Education Coordinator, and serves as Staff Liaison to the Tracy Arts Commission working with the Civic Art Program. William is a celebrated interdisciplinary artist and arts administrator with over 18 years of professional experience working with art organizations and exhibitions in the Midwest and California.
William comes to the City of Tracy from his previous position as Gallery Director/Curator of the LH Horton Jr Gallery at San Joaquin Delta College. At Delta he also served as the Delta Center for the Arts Promotions Coordinator from 2003 through 2005. Under his direction, the DCA Horton Gallery emerged as the premier professional contemporary visual arts organization and venue in San Joaquin County, with an excellent reputation regionally and nationally. While working in Stockton, William served the City of Stockton's Public Art Advisory Committee and Stockton Arts Commission, as a member of the Marketing Committee and project consultant for the City Art Collection & Art Loan Program.
Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Youngstown State University (Youngstown, Ohio, 1993) and has been an Artist-In-Residence at the Atlantic Center for the Arts (New Smyrna Beach, Florida, 1998) working on the Mexterminator2 performance art project with Master Artists Guillermo Gomez-Pena, Roberto Sifuentes, and Sara Shelton Mann.
In addition, William has worked as an illustrator in the memorials and environmental signage industry, served as Consultant & Exhibition Designer for Trumbull Art Gallery in Warren, Ohio - originally located in a historic mansion, and has been operating Rhinohead Productions (named for his status as an activist in the rhinoceros conservation movement) as a freelance Creative Consultant, since 1993.
- Vanessa Amezquita
Arts Education Coordinator

Ms. Amezquita returns to her hometown of Tracy and is thrilled to be apart of such a monumental project that will enrich the lives of our community. Growing up she was known to many local residents as the "fireman's daughter," but now Vanessa will make a name for herself as the Arts Education Coordinator for the City's Grand Theatre Center for the Arts.
Prior to serving the City of Tracy, Vanessa worked as a Online Reporter/Producer for CW31/CBS13 in Sacramento, editing news content for the web and reporting on featured news stories.
Vanessa graduated from Sacramento State University in 2005 earning a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Media Communications with a Minor in Fashion Design. During her time in college she choreographed several dance competitions for her sorority Chi Delta, interned at a concert promotions company, worked in Sacramento Theater Company's costume shop, and got her feet wet in television.
- Jeffrey Haskett
Technical Theatre Supervisor

Mr. Haskett comes to us from Boston, Massachusetts. For the past three years he was the Technical Supervisor at Emerson College's new Production and Performance Center where he managed the technical operations for events and Performing Arts productions.
Originally from New Hampshire, he Majored in Technical Theatre at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. Immediately immersing himself in the theatre and event industry in the nearby Boston area, Jeffrey worked as an Engineer for Corporate Sound and Lighting, Technician for Advanced Lighting and Production Services and Stage Manager for Illusionist Lynn Dillies. He also freelanced as a Lighting Designer and Event Manager with such credits as Lighting Designer for the Rhode Island Spring Flower and Garden Show for four years and Technical Director for the Newport Nutcracker for five years.
Jeffrey is very proud to join the talented and dedicated team responsible for bringing The Grand, and its diverse programming, back to the community that he is now part of.

Jennifer is very excited to be apart of the new Grand Theatre Center for the Arts in the role as Box Office Assistant. Prior to serving the City Of Tracy, Jennifer worked for Morningstar Foods as a QA document control clerk in a food lab, she has also spent the last two years as part time House Manager for the City of Lodi at Hutchins Street Square. Jennifer has spent many years acting in college and in LA, as well as a box office internship at Idaho Shakespeare Festival.
