Facility Rental Information

The Grand is an extremely accessible facility. Most spaces of the Center are available for rental events of all kinds. We have hosted a wide variety of public and private events designed to meet the needs of our clients. These have included parties, business mixers, corporate training, proms, graduations, memorial services, movies, specialized tours, and fundraisers.

Based upon availability, the Grand Galleries are available for appropriate offerings. Rental events may not alter existing artworks displayed in the galleries and the facility is not available as a rental space for exhibitors. Rental clients are bound by the terms of agreement provided by the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts for facility's use and subject to approval.

Rentals during public hours result in rental clients’ events being open to the general public. For more information how we can assist in hosting and designing your event or to request a reservation please contact:
