ETK Theatre Information

  • Accessibility & Accommodations
    • Wheelchair seating is available for wheelchair users and their companions. Please be sure to mention your needs at the time of ticket purchase so the appropriate location can be reserved for you.
    • Patrons with disabilities or special seating needs should notify the Box Office at the time of ticket purchase. We may not be able to accommodate special requests brought to our attention at the performance.
    • Assisted Listening Devices are available at no charge on a first come, first served basis. One current form of ID (driver’s license, state or military ID) with address is required as a deposit per headset.
    • Service animals that qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act are always welcome. Service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times. Please alert the Box Office if you intend to bring a service animal in order to ensure proper seating is reserved for you.
  • Special Requests
    • Requests for sign language interpreters, Braille programs and other reasonable
      accommodations should be made at least two weeks prior to the performance.
      The Grand Theatre Center for the Arts may not be able to accommodate last minute requests. Requests should be made at the time of ticket purchase or by contacting the Box Office at 209.831.6TKT (6858).
  • Parking
    • Free surface lots and street parking are available in close proximity to the Grand.
  • Food & Beverage
    • Food and beverages are prohibited in all theatre seating areas.
  • Electronics
    • No audio, video, flash photography or gaming device of any kind is permitted in
      the performance venues. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off or silenced.

  • Subscription Orders
    • Completed order forms with credit card payment may be
      faxed to 209.831.6271 or mailed with payment to the Box Office address listed above.
  • Forms of Payment
    • We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Gift Certificates purchased through our Box Office.
  • Box Office Hours
    • Monday - Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM and one hour before any
      scheduled performance. Closed Sundays and holidays.
  • Will Call
    • All ticket orders received less than 10 days prior to the performance will be
      held at Will Call, which opens one hour prior to curtain. Orders may also be picked up in person during regular operating hours.
  • Processing Fee
    • A $3, non-refundable, order processing fee is added to all ticket purchases.
  • Refunds
    • Due to the nature of the performing arts, programs and performances are
      subject to change without notice. Ticket purchases are nonrefundable, except in cases when
      a performance is cancelled. Handling fees are not refundable. No refunds will be given on
      previously-purchased tickets, if a promotional price is offered at a later date.
  • Lost Tickets
    • There is a $3 per ticket service charge for replacing lost tickets.
      As an added privilege, subscribers and donors are exempt from this fee.
  • Exchanges
    • Subscribers & Donors Only – Ticket exchanges are available
      to members and series subscribers, with no service fee. Tickets must be returned no later
      than 24 hours prior to the performance. You may select a new event from the current season, subject to availability.
  • Group Sales
    • A 10% discount is offered to groups of 15 or more. Contact the Box Office at 209.831.6TKT (6858) for group inquiries and purchases.
  • Gift Certificates
    • Available through the Box Office and good towards ticket purchases only. Gift Certificates must be presented during the initial ticket purchase transaction.
  • Children
    • The Grand Theatre Center for the Arts is committed to providing quality
      programs for audience members of all ages, although some performances may not be
      recommended for children of certain ages. Please check with the Box Office for information
      on shows appropriate for younger audiences. All children, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
  • Late Seating
    • All performances start promptly at the time designated on the ticket. Latecomers will be asked to remain in the lobby until an appropriate interval in the program, as
      determined by the artist(s). Arriving at least 30 minutes prior to performance time is recommended.
  • Online Ticket Brokers & Resale Services
    • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, duplicate or fraudulent ticket purchases made through any unauthorized party selling tickets not associated with the Grand Theatre Box Office.
